Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 package (14 ounces) lomi noodles.
water.
1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil.
1 cup pork shoulder, cut into thin strips.
1 medium sized onion, peeled and chopped.
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced.
1 chicken or pork cube
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in water
black pepper
salt
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a cooking pot.
- Add the sliced pork. Cook until the pork turns light brown.
- Remove and set aside
- Saute garlic, onion, and carrots.
- Add chicken or pork cube.
- Pour water into the pot. Let boil.
- Black pepper and salt to taste.
- Stir.
- Add miki noodles.
- Add the pork
- Pour the dissolved cornstarch, stir.
- Add cabbage and lomi noodles.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Pour the egg, stir.
- You can add hard boiled egg upon serving
