Shrimp (Hipon) is one of our family's all-time fave dish. I make sure to serve them Sinigang na Hipon twice a month, or else I am in trouble, lol. This is always best to serve hot.
So to those who like to cook Sinigang na Hipon, I am sharing the recipe to you guys.
Here is the recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix powder
1½ kilo fresh shrimps ( Remove the black veins from the back of the shrimp)
1.5 liter of water
3 pcs okra
1 long green chili
Camote tops
2 pcs eggplant, sliced
1 pack of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix powder
1½ kilo fresh shrimps (
1.5 liter of water
3 pcs okra

Camote tops
2 pcs eggplant, sliced
2 medium sized onions, quartered
2 medium sized radish, peeled and sliced
3 medium sized tomatoes quartered
Directions:
Fill the pot with 1.5 liter of water, put the tomatoes and onions.
Bring to a simmer for 9 minutes.
Now you can add the
shrimp, eggplant, long green chilli, radish and okra.
Add one pack of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix powder
Simmer until
cooked, then add camote tops..
